The present invention relates to a smoke controlling system in a high-rise building in which a pressure regulating damper for discharging air, which is supplied from a blower in overpressure in a smoke control zone, to an exhaust airflow is provided to stably maintain the differential pressure between the smoke control zone and an indoor to be within 40 to 60 Pa, thereby preventing the total pressure of an air blowing chamber from being increased due to the air discharged from the pressure regulating damper, and degrading the discharge efficiency of the pressure regulating damper. According to the present invention, the apparatus for controlling smoke in the high-rise building includes: a blower (100) installed in the air blowing chamber (11) in the high-rise building (10) to supply external air through a vertical airflow (12) when a fire occurs; a complex damper (200) installed at a discharge port of the blower (100) for automatically and manually controlling an amount of air blown when the fire occurs; an automatic differential pressure damper (300) installed in the smoke control zone (13) of the high-rise building (10) to raise the air pressure of the smoke-generating area (13) when the fire occurs; the pressure regulating damper (400) to discharge air, which is supplied from a blower (100) in overpressure in a smoke control zone, to an exhaust airflow is provided to stably maintain the differential pressure between the smoke control zone (13) and an indoor (14) to be within 40 to 60 Pa; a suction airflow (500) connected to a suction port of the blower (100) and a suction grill (11a) of the air blowing chamber (11) to provide a return connection port (510); and an exhaust airflow (600) connected to a discharge port of the pressure regulating damper (400) and a T-shape return connection (510) of a suction airflow (500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
