The present invention relates to a processing machine for difficult-to-cut materials of a large-sized titanium structure, and specifically, to a processing machine for difficult-to-cut materials of a large-sized titanium structure, which can perform surface hardening, surface finishing, and fine patterning in a lump by just one machine. The processing machine for difficult-to-cut materials of a large-sized titanium structure includes: a jig part having a rotary shaft parallel with the ground surface to be rotated and fixing a workpiece; a first sliding part formed in a longitudinal direction to be parallel with the rotary shaft of the jig part and having a plurality of rails formed at an upper part thereof; a second sliding part formed in a longitudinal direction to be parallel with the rotary shaft of the jig part and having a plurality of rails formed at an upper part thereof, wherein the second sliding part is located opposite to the first sliding part on the basis of the jig part; a first processing part disposed at the upper part of the first sliding part to slide and performing any one among laser processing and ultrasonic wave processing to the workpiece; and a second processing part disposed at the upper part of the second sliding part to slide and performing any one among cutting and grinding to the workpiece. The processing machine for difficult-to-cut materials according to the present invention can enhance work efficiency, precision and productivity since performing surface hardening, surface finishing, and fine patterning in a lump by just one machine by applying laser processing, ultrasonic processing, turning process and grinding processing to the machine.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
