According to the present invention, a system for confirming formal distribution of content authenticates copyright and distribution of content. The system comprises: a literary work management server including a literary work code generating module for assigning and storing a literary work code to content produced by a content producer, a distribution code generating module for distributing and storing a distribution code to the content distributed by a content distributor and assigned with the literary work code, and an authentication module for authenticating whether the literary work code and the distribution code exist in specific content transmitted from a content management server; and a content management server including a member information collecting module for allowing a content transaction by including a content DB server storing content assigned with the literary work code and the distribution code by the literary work management server and personal creative content, and processing personal data of a user as member information to transmit the same to a member DB server, an integrated member code generating module for encrypting the member information with an integrated member code, a download providing module for providing an interface through which a member can download content from the content DB server, a content transaction module for providing an interface through which content can be transacted between members, and an authentication module for inquiring the authentication module of the literary work management server whether corresponding content includes the literary work code and the distribution code when the content transaction is performed by any one of the download providing module and the content transaction module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
