The present invention provides a method for producing a cosmetic composition comprising a hydrophilic ceramide composite and a Eucalyptus globulus leaf extract. The method comprising the steps of: (a) stirring a solvent and a mixed ceramide relatively stable in a high temperature in a first open tank by using a mixer at 65-95 degrees Celsius; (b) stirring water-containing lecithin weak to a high temperature in a second open tank, glyceryl stearate requiring pre-mixing with the water-containing lecithin, and stearic acid at the room temperature by using a mixer; (c) preparing a mixture from a mixture of the first open tank and a mixture of the second open tank by using an inline mixer; (d) solidifying and pulverizing the mixture of step (c) to prepare a hydrophilic ceramide composite, and then mixing the hydrophilic ceramide composite with a mixture including the Eucalyptus globulus leaf extract to prepare a hydrate; and (e) making the hydrate of step (d) into a nano-liposome by using a nano-liposome manufacturing apparatus. The cosmetic composition comprising the hydrophilic ceramide composite and the Eucalyptus globulus leaf extract of the present invention has remarkably excellent applicability and moisturizing power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
