The present invention relates to an acridin-marker conjugate, a method for producing the same, and a chemiluminescent immunoassay kit. Acridine-marker conjugates include acridine substituents, linkage vectors, bifunctional cross-linkers, and labeled targets (in this order). The acridine substituent and the linking vector form an -CO-NH- structure through an amine reaction, linking the acridine substituent to the linking vector.
