The present invention relates to a land moving container type nutrient salt removing system, which can provide a system for removing nutrient salts causing eutrophication of water due to a green bloom phenomenon appearing in water stored in dam or weir by using a capacitive deionization (CDI) scheme, in a container type movable to a land, and to a method thereof. According to the present invention, the land moving container type nutrient salt removing system, which provides a nutrient salt removing system for removing nutrient salts from a dam or weir stored with water where a green bloom occurs, in a container type to move on a land for use, comprises: a water intake pump for collecting water; a coagulation precipitating unit for coagulating and precipitating sludge in the collected water; a cartridge filter unit for filtering the collected water excluding the sludge through a filter; a nutrient salt filtering unit for filtering nutrient salts in water filtered through the cartridge filter unit in a CDI scheme; and a nutrient salt storage tank for collecting and storing the nutrient salts filtered through the nutrient salt filtering unit. Therefore, the nutrient salt removing system is mounted in a vehicle to move to a dam or weir where a green bloom occurs so as to rapidly perform an operation of removing nutrient salts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
