An aspect provides a composite formulation and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite formulation comprises: a first layer containing rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a light stabilizer; and a second layer containing telmisartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a basification agent. The composite formulation according to the aspect exhibits excellent dissolution rate, stability, content uniformity, and tablet compressibility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
