The present invention relates to a moon pool with a sea water diminution structure and a marine structure having the moon pool, which use a structure in which a recess space is formed alternatively in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of a hull on the inner wall of the moon pool to reduce or suppress the increase of resistance caused by a seawater countercurrent and an excessive seawater flow.
