The present invention relates to a system for providing an online community between active soldiers and discharged soldiers of a marine force, which allows a communication between neighboring discharged soldiers on the basis of location information on a portable terminal of the discharged soldiers of a marine force to promote social adaptation and relationship between the discharged soldiers of the marine force, and stores, by each type, unreceived data such as a call, a text message, an SNS message, or an e-mail, transmitted to a portable terminal during a power down period thereof in a military life of an active soldier to provide the same for a user when an application is executed, such that the inconvenience caused by the unreceived data provided by a communication company during a short period can be solved. To this end, the system of the present invention comprises: a plurality of soldier portable terminals installed and executed with an online community application between active soldiers or discharged soldiers of a marine force, and performing log-in through user information; and a community providing server connected to perform a data communicate with the soldier portable terminals to search for discharged soldiers for each troop, training period or distance in response to a request of the soldier portable terminals so as to provide information thereof, providing user information on the soldier portable terminal which requests a chat to the soldier portable terminal which receives a chat request so as to be provided with whether a chat is accepted when the chat request exists from any one of the soldier portable terminals to another soldier portable terminal, and providing a chat page as a result thereof. The user information is formed to input at least one of a gender, a name, an age, or a marine training period.
