According to the present invention, a packing member and a ball bearing for performing buffering and sealing roles are provided in upper and lower housings not to be exposed to the outside. Therefore, a lubricant is prevented from leaking to the outside to secure operability of the bearing and minimize damage to the packing member, wherein the damage is caused by an external shock.
