The present invention is to facilitate opening and closing a door with an openable and closable decompressing opening. A door with an openable and closable decompressing opening having a panel latch device for decompression attached to a door main body, comprises a door latch device (26) attached to a door main body (10) and a latch bolt (42) for a decompression panel. The door latch device (26) includes: the door main body (10); a decompression panel (22) attached and displaced between a decompression opening closed position and a decompression opening open position; a handle (30); and a latch bolt (32) for a door main body, provided to be displaced between a door locked position and a door unlocked position by the rotation of the handle. The latch bolt (42) for a decompression panel is provided to be displaced between a panel locked position and a panel unlocked position in conjunction with swinging of a swinging member (38) around a handle shaft (28) when the swinging member (38) fixed to the handle shaft (28) and the decompression panel (22) are located at the decompression opening closed position.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
