The present invention provides a bone muscle preparation improving 90% of treatment rate for a periosteum, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention does not damage cells of Houttuynia cordata, improves 65% or more of purity and treatment effects, and make active ingredients of drug transmitting materials penetrate into cell membranes to make cell membranes targeted and collected. Nano-sized decomposition makes rapid penetration into the cell membranes possible.
