The present invention relates to a submarine-type marine erosion prevention gabion combined with a weight body. The purpose of the present invention is to resolve problems in which a coast erosion action is caused by wave energy and tide difference according to weather conditions such as storms and the like with respect to a climate change, an erosion and coast sand loss are caused by environmental destruction and improper development of a coast. A concrete block, which is a weight body, is formed on a gabion filled with a filling protrusion so that a gabion immersed under a sea surface is constructed. The submarine-type marine erosion prevention gabion comprises: a gabion (10); a concrete block (20) including a bottom surface (25) and a slope surface side wall (22), wherein the bottom surface (25) has a receiving part (21) in which the gabion (10) is accommodated at a predetermined depth; a binding means for fixing the gabion (10) to the bottom surface (25) of the receiving part (21) of the concrete block (20); and a towing means configured to pull the gabion (10) and the concert block (20) combined by the binding means. According to the present invention, a concrete block and a gabion are combined by constructing the gabion as a submarine-type marine erosion prevention gabion combined with a weight body, and a method for coupling the concrete block and the gabion.
