The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for antioxidation or wrinkle amelioration comprising an Artemisiae argyi Folium extract and a Cordyceps militaris extract. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is safe and has great efficacy in ameliorating wrinkles and exhibiting antioxidant activity by a synergistic action of the Artemisiae argyi Folium extract and Cordyceps militaris extract. In addition, the cosmetic composition is expected to be widely used as a cosmetic material because of an excellent anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and whitening effect.
