The present invention relates to a valve, and more particularly, to a three-way valve which has a non-linear flow characteristic, and is capable of changing the direction of a fluid so that the flow characteristic can be improved by suppressing a sudden change in flow. The three-way valve includes: a valve body having one inlet and two outlets; a lower sheet coaxially mounted on the inlet to allow a fluid to flow in an axis direction, wherein at least one first discharge hole is formed on the lateral side thereof; an upper sheet spaced from the lower sheet and mounted on the upper side of the valve body coaxially with the inlet to allow the fluid to flow in the axial direction, and including at least one second discharge hole formed laterally, wherein the upper sheet includes a variable section in which the opening area of the second discharge hole changes in accordance with a vertical position; a bonnet coupled to the upper end of the valve body; a stem extending through the bonnet to the interior of the upper sheet; and a disk connected to the stem to open one of the first discharge hole and the second discharge hole while moving up and down.
