The present invention relates to a thin film composite separation membrane using a support having a pollution-resistant pattern structure and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the thin film composite separation membrane comprises: a support; and a selection layer formed on the support, wherein a pattern is formed on a surface of the support in contact with the selection layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a thin film composite separation membrane having maximized pollution resistance.
