The present invention relates to a method for dividing a surface of a golf ball to arrange dimples having symmetry, and a method for arranging dimples according to a size formed along a dividing line. According to the method of the present invention, when dimples having a large diameter are effectively arranged on a modified spherical triangle, the dimples having a large diameter have perfect symmetry throughout the surface of a sphere, thereby improving flying stability and flying distance of a golf ball. Therefore, according to a method for arranging a dimple of a golf ball of the present invention, it is possible to solve a problem of flight stability due to a lack of symmetry caused in a conventional dimple arrangement method in which a golf ball is divided as a spherical octahedron and dimples having a large diameter are arranged to improve the area ratio of dimples. Thus, it is possible to improve lift force and increase a flying distance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
