The present invention relates to an insulation plier stick for constructing materials (pole fittings), which are installed on an electric pole to add an electric wire or to fix or remove an electric wire, through long-range live-wire work securing a safe separation distance during the construction of distribution facilities in a high voltage live-wire condition. More specifically, a hydraulic gripper is formed at the front end of an extending stick and a hydraulic lever for operating the gripper is formed at the rear end, so the gripper is able to be operated through long-range work with a secured safe separation distance, and thus, during the construction of distribution facilities in an extra-high voltage live-wire condition, when materials (pole fittings), which need to be installed on an electric pole to add or fix an electric wire, have to be constructed through indirect live-wire work, workers are able to conveniently construct the materials or extra-high voltage wires with strong holding or striking force by operating the hydraulic lever at long range without approaching the materials, and therefore, unstability caused by limitations on labor intensity and stamina is able to be removed and safety is able to be secured. Moreover, since various tools are able to be replaced on plier installation bars of various grippers, various work processes are able to be conducted with strong holding or striking force in an extra-high live-wire condition, and thus, the efficiency of use is able to be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
