An embodiment of the present invention provides a braces manufacturing machine capable of molding braces by adjusting the thickness of the outer side and inner side of the braces, and a braces manufacturing method using the same. The braces manufacturing machine includes a base unit, a clamping unit, a stopper, a heating unit, and a pressing unit. A teeth mold is arranged in the upper center of the base unit. The clamping unit is included to move up and down in the upper side of the base unit, and a molding sheet covering the teeth mold is attached to and detached from the clamping unit. The stopper is included to protrude from the base unit in order to surround the teeth mold, and supports the lower part of the clamping unit to limit the descending height of the clamping unit when the clamping unit descends. The heating unit is included in the upper side of the clamping unit and generates heat so that the molding sheet is heated. The pressing unit presses the heated molding sheet to cover the teeth mold by injecting air at high pressure from the upper side of the molding sheet to the molding sheet in a state in which the clamping unit is closely attached to the stopper and is supported.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
