The present invention relates to a high-concentration organic wastewater treatment method using a malodor-removing microorganism. An object of the present invention can be achieved by the following. A malodor, which is inevitably generated in a treatment process of high-concentration organic wastewater, is mixed with soil microorganisms having high malodor removing efficiency at an inflow point of the treatment process. The present invention uses a method that not only reduces the occurrence of malodor by decomposing or biosorbing by soil microorganisms, but also increases the treatment efficiency of organic matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus. In order to activate the soil microorganisms, a soil microorganism activating device having a packing material containing a precursor and a silicate and fired is installed in a biological reactor. The soil microorganisms are dominantly formed and then retransferred to an air flotation tube of the inflow portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
