The present invention provides a method for determining whether neoepitopes expressed in or afflicted with diseased cells are suitable for disease-specific targets, in order to reduce the likelihood that diseased cells will deviate from immune surveillance. And uses of neoepitopes in providing an immune response to diseased cells expressing neoepitopes.
