Provided is a method for improving accuracy in interested object detection through mask processing for an uninterested object. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for processing a mask for an uninterested object performed by a mask processing apparatus comprises the steps of: obtaining a motion vector from first image information for a designated interested region and determining a region in which the motion vector appears in the first image information as a first uninterested object region; performing spatial noise removal processing for the first uninterested object region and obtaining a second uninterested object region of which at least a part is different from the first uninterested object region by using a result of the spatial noise removal processing; and generating a mask corresponding to the second uninterested object region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
