The present invention relates to an intellectual property right platform system and an operating method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the intellectual property right platform system comprises: a database unit which includes information on an idea, information on an inventor providing the information on the idea, and information on an investor according to the information on the idea, and stores and manages share information of the inventor and the investor; a first interface unit which includes a first menu for inputting the information on the inventor including a name, gender, address and contact number of the inventor and specific information of the idea including drawings to a terminal device of the inventor; and a second interface unit which includes a second menu for inputting at least any one information among a read request, an investment amount and a share ratio of the investor to a terminal device of the investor, wherein the second interface unit may include a third menu for selecting one among acceptance and correction suggestion according to acceptance and rejection of the inventor.
