The object of the present invention is their use as a photoinitiator in the novel 3-ketocoumarin, a process for their preparation and a photopolymerization reaction, advantageously in a photopolymerization reaction for inkjet printing inks. The present invention also relates to a method of photopolymerizing a composition comprising 3-ketocoumarin.
