According to one embodiment of the present invention, the processing method of a flight vehicle vibration control software update performed by the computing resource includes: a step of receiving acceleration information measured in at least one position of a target flight vehicle from the target flight vehicle; a step of determining whether a vibration level corresponding to the received acceleration information is out of an allowable range; and a step of controlling a sensor weighted value corresponding to the at least one position when the vibration level is out of the allowable range.
