Disclosed is a hybrid gas power plant floated or fixed on the sea or a streambed, or anchored to a seaside or a riverside to produce electricity. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hybrid gas power plant comprises: a fuel gas supply system evaporating liquefied gas to generate fuel gas; a fuel generation system including a generation engine combusting the fuel gas to produce electricity and a supercharger using pressure energy of exhaust gas discharged from the generation engine to compress and supercharge intake gas to the generation engine; a steam generation system collecting waste heat from the exhaust gas discharged from the generation engine to produce electricity, and including a condenser to condense steam, a preheater to preheat condensate condensed by the condenser, and a steam generator exchanging heat with the condensate preheated by the preheater to generate steam for steam generation; and a thermal medium supply line connected between the supercharger and the preheater, and supplying at least a part of the intake air heated in a process of being compressed by the supercharger. The preheater receives the heated intake air through the thermal medium supply line to preheat the condensate with the heated intake air.
