An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an edentulous surgery guide that is a guide mechanism used in an edentulous implant surgery. According to the present invention, the edentulous surgery guide matched with gum of a patient can be manufactured by using a plurality of correction screws fixated on the gum of the patient. The method for manufacturing an edentulous surgery guide comprises: a patient gum image generation step of generating a patient gum image by scanning the gum of the patient on which the correction screws are fixated; a correction screw position checking step of checking positions of the correction screws fixated on the gum of the patient from the patient gum image; an implant design generation step of generating an implant design by matching a teeth design preset for implant to the patient gum image with respect to the positions of the correction screws; an implant information determining step of determining implant information from the implant design, which includes a position and direction of the implant under surgery; and a surgery guide manufacturing step of manufacturing the surgery guide by using the gum design and the implant information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
