A heating furnace management system and a heating management method are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the heating furnace management system and the heating management method, the heating furnace management system comprises: a management device managing a falling pollutant of a strip, generated in a heating furnace when performing a heating process of the strip in the heating furnace; and a cleaning device discharging the falling pollutant under control of the management device when determining that there is the falling pollutant in the management device.
