The present invention relates to a method of calculating bone strength and anticipated fracture conditions and an anticipated fracture condition calculation system applied with the same and, more specifically, to a method of calculating bone strength and anticipated fracture conditions and an anticipated fracture condition calculation system applied with the same for quickly and accurately calculating a line expected to cause fracture in a bone of a patient. According to the present invention, the method of calculating bone strength and anticipated fracture conditions comprises: a step a) of extracting bone data to be analyzed; a step b) of setting an axis of the extracted bone data; a step c) of setting a load condition for the bone data; a step d) of performing a load analysis on the bone data according to a set load condition; and a step e) of calculating an anticipated fracture condition according to a load analysis, wherein in the step d), the bone density of the bone, the stress per unit mass applied to the bone data and the displacement per unit volume of the bone data thereby are synthesized to perform load analysis.
