The present invention relates to a system for transmitting patient condition information in real time including a smart sensor based on the internet of things (IoT) and, more specifically, to a system for transmitting patient condition information in real time including a smart sensor based on the internet of things (IoT) which includes a medical device communication module on an emergency transport vehicle to automatically select sensing data standardized by an IoT broker service-connected to a smart sensor connection class structure to react to a smart sensor in real time in a web service and multiple protocols to allow patient condition monitoring and health care by using an intelligent recognition framework. According to the present invention, the system for transmitting patient condition information in real time including a smart sensor based on the internet of things (IoT) provides effects of allowing patient condition monitoring and health care by using an intelligent recognition framework via a medical device communication module on an emergency transport vehicle to automatically select sensing data standardized by an IoT broker service-connected to a smart sensor connection class structure to react to a smart sensor in real time in a web service and multiple protocols. Also, the system for transmitting patient condition information in real time including a smart sensor based on the internet of things (IoT) can check the condition of an emergency patient in real time, give first aid, and quickly transmit vital signals of the patient to medical staff in the emergency vehicle by a communication module installed in the medical device in the emergency transport vehicle.
