The present invention relates to a method for constructing a plastic connection structure of a multi-layered liquid pipe clamping connection system, which is easy to check perfect insertion and has a fastening pipe anti-rotation locking structure. In more detail, the connection structure for connecting a plurality of fastening pipes with each other has a structure to check whether or not pipes are firmly inserted and fastened with eyes or by the feel from the outside when a fastening pipe is fastened, thereby enhancing manufacturing efficiency through an easy assembly order. Moreover, the fastening pipe can be fixed without rotation even though a diameter is changed due to high temperature and high pressure by the anti-rotation locking unit formed on the outer circumferential surface of an inner pipe.
