4 RF Quadrupole device for Boron Neutron Capture Therapy

The present invention relates to an RF quadrupole proton accelerating device for a boron neutron capturing cancer treatment. Specifically, the present invention relates to a technology which stably accelerates a low energy high current beam and minimizes an energy loss as a device for primarily accelerating a proton beam of an ion source emitted by an injector. To this end, the RF quadrupole proton accelerating device for a boron neutron capturing cancer treatment comprises: a body unit formed in a tubular shape provided with a space unit therein; a wing unit repeatedly forming an uneven unit for accelerating a proton in an extended end unit in a lengthwise direction while extending and forming horizontal and vertical wing units facing each other in the center on an inner surface of the body unit; an RF supply unit for supplying an RF to the inside of the body unit; and a vacuum port maintaining a vacuum condition inside the body unit.
