The present invention relates to a power generating system, a rotating electric machine assembly used in the same, and an operating method, which target a power generating system combining a generator using renewable energy, a storage battery, and a power conditioner, and realize input changes, steep power changes, and charging/discharging management of the storage battery absorbing the changes by a simple configuration. The power generating system inputs direct current power obtained by generating power by a rotating electric machine assembly using shaft power by input energy to a power conditioner through a direct current cable unit to supply power to an independent load, and has a storage battery installed on the direct current cable unit. A generation controller of the rotating electric machine assembly manages the voltage of the direct current cable unit to allow a target direct current voltage value of power generation amount control based on direct current voltage to be lower than the charging voltage of the storage battery. Moreover, a function of changing a power output permission signal in an independent load for the power conditioner to output non-permission at final discharge voltage or higher is loaded in the power generating system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
