The present invention relates to a repair means for repairing waling of an outer wall of a concrete building and an outer wall waling repair method using the same which can cleanly repair waling of an outer wall of a building requiring repair due to leakage, decolorization, contamination, etc., while maintaining natural functions. The repair means for repairing waling of an outer wall of a concrete building comprises: a cover housing (10) having a C-shaped lateral section, having a longitudinal length, and including a plurality of binding bars (11) formed therein to connect an upper surface (12) and a lower surface (14) to be bound to a mounting unit (20); and the mounting unit (20) having a polygonal shape to correspond to a binding unit (16) of the cover housing (10), having a longitudinal length, and including a binding groove (21) having any one shape selected among an L-shape and a T-shape to allow the binding bars (11) of the cover housing to be inserted thereinto and bound thereto, and a plurality of mounting grooves (22) to be firmly fixed on the waling (30) by an anchor bolt (40).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
