An objective of the present invention is to form an insertion space formed by a horizontal unit and a lower support unit of an improved base plate instead of a conventional coupling bolt by point fixing when connecting and coupling a horizontal holder profile to the improved base plate to insert/couple a horizontal unit of the horizontal holder profile into/to the insertion space to allow the horizontal holder profile (20) to be surface-fixed by tight attachment to a surface of the lower support unit and a surface of the horizontal unit of the improved base plate to prevent a gap. A guide unit (112a) protruding more than a horizontal unit (104) of an improved base plate (100) is formed on the front end of an insertion space (s) to function as a mounting/support point of an exterior member weight (W) and facilitate guide work to the insertion space (s). In insulation, unavoidable surface heat exchange in manufacture is switched to point heat exchange to reduce the outer walls thickness of a passive house and variously select the weight of the outer wall.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
