The present invention relates to a stroboscope using a total shutter image sensor and, more specifically, to a stroboscope using a total shutter image sensor, which can be utilized as a laryngeal videostroboscope. Accordingly, distortion, trembling, and partial exposure phenomena do not occur while the image of the larynx displayed on a display monitor is observed, thereby providing an excellent image, like what would be seen with the naked eyes, and thus, it is possible to provide superior diagnosis and examination functions and to expect economic effects as the present invention is differentiated in the market compared to existing related equipment.
