The present invention relates to a smart band comprising: a display module in which LEDs are arranged and installed on a long flexible substrate formed in the longitudinal direction; a local communication means for wireless communication with the display module, a smartphone or an external event device; and a control module. The smart band is worn on arms or wrists to be used as a cheering phrase display means, a payment means, a location information providing means, a warning means for preventing children from being lost. In addition, the present invention can be used as a cheering apparatus for events or stadiums by communicating with event devices and using event messages, phrases and display control. The present invention is attached to hair bands or waist belts to be served as fashion products or night visibility improving products. Moreover, the present invention is attached to a helmet and interlocked with a navigation to be used as direction indicating lights or for visibility purposes. Accordingly, the present invention may be used as various applicable products.
