The present invention relates to DNA probes and primers used for detecting, identifying, or determining Ectopleura crocea by a molecular biological method; and a method for qualitatively or quantitatively detecting Ectopleura crocea using the same. The primers and DNA probes of the present invention are gene markers specific to Ectopleura crocea species, and thus can be used for qualitative or quantitative detection, identification, or determination of Ectopleura crocea. In addition, the Ectopleura crocea detection method of the present invention is a simple molecular biological method, and thus can be used to easily identify distribution and diffusion of Ectopleura crocea, which is a harmful invading species of domestic marine ecosystem, and is useful for establishing a management strategy of Ectopleura crocea.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
