The present invention relates to a paint composition for inhibiting volatile radioactive organic substances and a coating method thereof and, more specifically, to a paint composition for inhibiting volatile radioactive organic substances, which comprises: an epoxy resin; a curing agent; and a solvent, and in which the total content of ketones, especially methyl ketone compounds is 200 ppm or less, and to a coating method thereof.
