The present invention relates to a pixel structured high resolution hybrid radiation detector. In order to reduce diffusion or scattering of inter-pixel light in a scintillator pixel structure and increase resolution, a scintillator sheet is laser-processed to form an air gap between the pixels after manufacturing a scintillator sheet, and a reflective material is applied to an air gap when necessary, thereby being capable of applying a new scintillator pixel structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
