CONTROL METHOD OF UREA PUMP OVERFLOW SUPPLY TO UREA INJECTOR

The present invention relates to a method for controlling an excessive supply rate to a urea injector, capable of controlling increase and decrease in an operation speed of a pump. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: allowing a urea supply module to operate a urea supply pump at a constant urea supply pump speed and a required pressure; allowing a DCU to record an average pressure for one second of the urea supply pump and a current motor speed; allowing the DCU to check whether the urea supply pump satisfies the required pressure as the required pressure is equal to the average pressure for one second of the urea supply pump; allowing the DCU to check again whether an output pressure of the urea supply pump is greater than the required pressure when the required pressure is not satisfied; allowing the DCU to determine that the required pressure is insufficient when the output pressure of the urea supply pump is lower than the required pressure; and allowing the DCU to determine that the required pressure is excessive when the output pressure of the urea supply pump is greater than the required pressure.
