The present invention relates to a composition for early diagnosing cardiovascular diseases, a diagnosing kit comprising the same, and an information providing method for early diagnosing cardiovascular disease. More specifically, obscurin and titin proteins, pieces of peptide of the same (FIEDVKNQE, IVVPLKDTR) are a novel biomarker selected in the present invention, and when a patient suffers from cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial infarction (AMI), unstable angina (UA), and stable angina (SA), levels (figures) of obscurin and titin proteins and the pieces of peptide of the same in biological sample of the patient are increased such that the levels are compared to diagnose AMI and a high-risk group of AMI simply and precisely. Moreover, unlike existing biomarkers diagnosing only whether a patient has myocardial infarction, the present invention is capable of early diagnosis in the UA step, a prognosis of myocardial infarction development, and has 94% or more of specificity and 85% or more of sensitivity such that the novel biomarkers of the present invention are competitive compared with troponin I biomarkers, which is existing gold standard.
