The present invention relates to a multiple channel authentication-based security service providing system, a method thereof, and a nonvolatile recording medium with a computer program recorded therein and, more specifically, to a multiple channel authentication-based security service providing system, a method thereof, and a nonvolatile recording medium with a computer program recorded therein which are able to improve security by providing one time authentication information for a specific terminal of a user, receiving one time authentication information from another terminal of the user, and supporting the source of transmitting one time authentication information to be authenticated by the user in authentication through multiple channels for authenticating the user; and a nonvolatile recording medium in which a computer program is recorded. The present invention has an effect of greatly improving security in an authentication process by: preventing one time authentication information for the authentication of a user from being stolen in a transmission process through mutual authentication between a service provider and the service user by supporting the authentication of the user for a server which processes user authentication as well as authentication using a plurality of different channels for the user in the server providing a specific service; preventing a hacker from inducing a user to manipulate a source by supporting an authentication process using a special key difficult to perform MT service-based falsification and modulation in a server; and preventing a user from being connected to a server which is not authenticated depending on the use of the special key in advance.
