The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing acellular dermal matrix for bio-graft or bio-implant, which comprises the steps of collecting washed and disinfected skin; removing epidermis from the skin tissue of the collected skin; and manufacturing acellular dermal matrix by removing dermal cells in the skin tissue from which epidermis has been removed. The acellular dermal matrix for bio-graft or bio-implant manufactured according to the method of the present invention has a high tissue safety and can be effectively used as a substitute for autograft by maintaining an extracellular matrix structure and the basement membrane without damage.
