The present invention relates to a novel gene derived from clematis having functions of changing colors of stigma and shapes of flowers, and a usage thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a novel gene derived from clematis having features changing stigma colors and shapes of flowers, encrypting amino acid sequences of sequence number 1 and having a sequence listing of sequence number 2; flowers transformed by the gene; and a manufacturing method of transformed flowers using the gene. The gene of the present invention may change stigma colors and shapes of flowers, thereby being useful in developing flowers blooming a flower having new features through transformation. In particular, in case of transformation of petunia, a petunia having new features may be obtained, which cannot be obtained from existing petunia of which stigma color is purple and the shape is fluttering. Accordingly, it is expected that the new petunias would be useful in landscaping of streets and flower gardens.
