The present invention relates to a method for arranging and fixing an English word on a regular hexahedron and a stereoscopic elliptical earth model in an off-line or on-line program. According to the present invention, the method of the present invention which is a technique of grafting an IT technology based on semantics of English, converts English words, which are one of a main communication means of human, into a form of two or three digits of Arabic number in an online program, and then, firstly assumes a world map which is a kind of an image as stereoscopic elliptical earth model in order to be converted into a form located in a predetermined space in the world map of another program in the online, assumes the earth model as a regular hexahedron, and then assumes the world map serving as a regular hexahedron function by installing a pop-up window providing a stereoscopic effect in the world map on the online program. The English words and a word address replacing the same are generated at the same time by assembling the English words as a result of moving origins of the English words arranged in vertical, horizontal, and height axes of the regular hexahedron in the world map converted into the regular hexahedron to meet each other in a predetermined space. Therefore, the length of the English words is reduced by replacing the English words with a form of two or three digits of the Arabic number on the online and a position in the world map, and a function as a world general language is expected. Accordingly, a communication means of the human is deformed and expanded to a form of combination of two or three digits of the Arabic number and an image such as the world map from a text, and is expanded to a stereoscopic space from a plane space, thereby being regarded as a turning point of a cultural revolution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
