According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blood pressure measuring device comprises: a first peak detection unit for detecting first peak information from an electrocardiogram signal of a subject obtained from an electrocardiogram detector; a second peak detection unit for detecting second peak information from an optical pulse wave detection signal of the subject obtained from an optical pulse detector; and a control unit for calculating pulse wave arrival time information indicating blood pressure information according to the first peak information and the second peak information.
