摘要

The present invention relates to a method for calculating an upward long wave radiation. The method for calculating the upward long wave radiation collects radiation intensity of an observation area using a water vapor channel and an infrared channel constituting an observation sensor of a geostationary satellite, and determines the upward long wave radiation in the atmosphere according to the collected radiation intensity.
