The present invention can provide a method for a terminal to perform a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. The method for a terminal to perform a random access procedure comprises the steps of: receiving random access channel (RACH) setting information from a base station; and transmitting a first message based on the RACH setting information received from the base station, wherein each of a plurality of signal blocks corresponds to a plurality of preambles and the first message can be transmitted through a plurality of RACH resources in a time domain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
