According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile terminal comprises: a touch screen detecting touch information including a touch pressure; a camera unit capable of operating with a plurality of photographing modes; and a control unit for converting a first photographing mode into a second photographing mode at a point when the touch pressure is applied when the touch pressure with a predetermined size or higher is applied to the touch screen while photographing a subject in the first photographing mode among the plurality of photographing modes. The control unit controls to photograph the subject by converting into the first photographing mode again when the touch pressure is released.
